不丹的虎穴寺(Taktsang Monastery)距帕羅古城不遠，驅車大約半小時就望見它了。此時的它聳立于900米高(帕羅古城海拔2280米，虎穴寺的真實海拔應是3180米左 右)的懸崖峭壁上，與雄奇的山峰渾然一體，比中國山西的懸空寺險要許多。若要登臨虎穴寺，還需要徒步二三個小時，往返要花費大半天時間，既考驗人的體力也考驗人的毅力。對於建造虎穴寺的僧侶來說，還考驗他們信仰的虔誠和無師可承的建築智慧。

Shaun Rein

What is your background with the Chinese economy?
I first came to China in the 1990s and studied it as a graduate student at Harvard. At that time, the word "cheap" summed up China. Land prices and salaries were low and the quality of China's production was inferior. It was still difficult to find a decent job. When walking outside the gates of factories, you used to run into swelling crowds of unemployed workers with cardboard signs touting their skill sets in the hopes of finding a job. That has all changed in the last decade due to the job creation spurred by multinationals investing billions of dollars. Now the biggest obstacle to growth in China for most firms is finding talent even with China's large population. 

What are some of the biggest economic or cultural disruptions happening now in China that people and businesses should pay attention to?
Too many businesses underestimate how fast costs are rising in China and how rising costs won't change anytime soon. In 2011, 21 of China's 31 provinces increased the minimum wage an average of 22%. The government has set a plan to raise the minimum wage by 13% annually for the next five years to spur domestic consumption and wean away the country's reliance on exports. Many companies might be forced to relocate manufacturing to lower cost countries like Indonesia. However, the reality is China's work force and infrastructure is far superior, so China won't lose its dominance in manufacturing. The resulting higher input prices will force companies to accept squeezed margins or they will have to transfer higher costs to end consumers. Instead of being a deflationary force in the global economy, China will export inflation to the rest of the world. Already import prices from China in 2011 in America were up 3.6%, the highest on record. Consumers around the world better get used to seeing higher priced products in stores.

What kind of global impact will "the end of cheap China" have?
Aside from higher costs, "the end of cheap China" means that China as a nation will become more powerful in global affairs which could cause more friction. Chinese companies will not only be investing more in countries like Canada to secure access to natural resources but Chinese brands will start selling products abroad and acquiring Western brands, as Chinese auto manufacturer Geeley with its acquisition of the Volvo brand. It also means China's government will take a larger role in global institutions like the United Nations and G20 in order to safeguard its interests. The key to China's rise as a superpower is to ensure that it is integrated enough into world affairs to reduce possible tension and to stop the fear-mongering and hysteria about China's rise.

蓮花生大士給予女性如何證悟的教言

 藏傳佛教寧瑪傳承

　　尊名為蓮花生大士，其受生不受母胎染污的大師，是由蓮花中神妙化生的。威能顯赫的藏王迎請他進入雪域。在調伏建造桑耶寺的這片土地之後，蓮花生大士常駐在晶珠松嶺上。於此，曾有七位不平凡的女性——卡千的措嘉佛母、雪卡的金剛湖女、丘羅的光燦禮拜女、卓地的瑪婷瑪女、瑪爾貢的珍寶頂飾女、欽地的閃光女，以及汝楊的馬提女，她們一起擺設了一個黃金曼達，約有一腕尺大小，並有藍綠色的花朵以代表皇家七寶。

　　她們以米酒和各種美味佳肴獻上薈供之後，提出這樣的請求：“大師，請您垂聽。請與我們分享您完美無瑕的身形顯現，您純淨的話語，以及您超越一切概念作意的心。”

　　卡千公主措嘉佛母如此向蓮師說道：“像我這樣的女子才識淺薄、愚鈍不靈，未受教育，且心胸狹窄，請您賜予我能在這一生以女性之身獲得正覺的教言。請賜予我了解和記住，簡單能領會與了悟的教言。”

　　蓮師隨後向她開示以下的話語：“卡千公主，諦聽。法性的真實自性，不是此心可以攫取的一個對境，它沒有維度大小且不屬於任何類別，是任何方法拽認的性質，因此無須由明智的人來作分析。它單純是關於了知，了知從一開始就一直在你之內的心，因此無須知識才學。別管是否聰明，只要安住就好。

　　這真實自性不屬於智力的範圍之內。由於它是本自即有的清淨，無生且自然現前。因此無須在心中執持它，也不需要機靈敏銳。就別管什麼才智了。

　　平等性的心即不寬廣，也不狹窄。佛意與有情眾生之心，是從同一個根基衍生而來，這根基也就是覺醒的心。了悟它即是證悟，不了悟它便在輪回中流轉。這個心的體性，無視於概念作意，它清澈明亮，不由任何事物所組成，乃純粹的空性，毫無阻礙而鮮活的現前——這就是佛意。除此之外，沒有其他是你需要了悟的了，因此，了悟它，對此你就不再有疑惑。

　　法性的自性無法透過名稱或書寫而捕捉，因此超越了概念作意的限制。這個指導既無經典，也無文字，沒有需要分辨的復雜細節。一旦你能了解這一點，你是否聰明或有無知識都無關緊要，它並非是靠博學多聞。

　　你應該安住在這樣的了悟上。這也是偉大的經教傳承，它將確立聽聞與思惟的整個範疇。這也是能讓你在這一生，在你離開這個身軀之前，覺醒證悟的教言。因此，要好好修持。

　　盡管如此，你們女眾在有人解說它時不能了解，在有人示現它時無法看見，在有人說明它時又不聆聽，而且你們無法保守秘密，卻又堅持要求更多的教導。佛法不在你們的心中，你們卻又昂首闊步，仿佛心中有法。這個針對像你們這樣女眾的教導，幾乎不可能成功，所以別再自欺了，而是必須全神貫注在自己的修持上。”

　　雪卡的金剛湖女接著問道：“大師，請您垂聽。請為像我這樣性情拙劣、無法精進修持的女子，賜予雖然怠惰但仍能覺醒證悟的教言。”

　　上師便傳予她以下的教言：“雪卡女，諦聽。法性的自性原本即在你的心中，因些是可以怠惰的。

　　法性真實自性的意義是什麼？它是本然即在，無拘無束的明澈覺性，不需要往他處去尋覓。當你了悟這個平等心是本自即有、永無止息時，就可以怠惰。由於每一種感知的顯現，都是此心覺知自性的表顯，不論有什麼念來去，它都由法性的自性生起，又消融回法性的自性，因此初始覺性是永無止息的。

　　這個要了悟的自性，不是要去修持或成就的某個東西，所以是可以怠惰的。在法性的如是自性中，完全無可修持也無可成就，從一開如你就自然擁有它，它一直就在。不論什麼樣的作為或努力，都會使你受到野心之繩的捆綁與束縛。並沒有其他需要經由努力奮鬥而達成的目標。讓你的平等心無所緣地在法性的證悟境界中，放松安住。

　　了悟此一自性之後，如果你能夠怠惰，那本身就是佛的覺醒境界。你對於再次投生於輪回之中，便不會懷有恐懼。

　　盡管如此，像你這樣的女子，既放不下，又不能什麼都不做。你們總是精心策劃一些不必要的活動，對於真正需要的佛法修持卻又連片刻都不思惟。當你要開始向內看著心性的時候，即使看著片刻都沒有辦法，而對於不必要的面容裝扮，卻反而是毫不厭煩地一再盯查。你們不在禪修上獲得實力，卻反而注重毫無目的的閑聊，有如從老牛口中不斷流下來的口水。

　　我尚未看見有人曾成功教導這樣的女子。如果你想要堅持不懈，就要更進一步的修行佛法。”

　　丘羅的光燦禮拜女接著向大師問道：“大師，請您垂聽。請為像我這樣五毒熾盛的女子，賜予無須排拒五毒而能覺醒證悟的教言。”

　　大師隨即傳授也這些話語：“丘羅女，諦聽。五毒情緒從一開始就是你自然擁有的，就在你之中，因此並不能用排斥來把它們丟掉。它們無法由轉化而獲得轉化，或者由淨化而獲得淨化。由於這五毒具有法性的自性，因此必須讓它們自然消融，原地解脫。

　　嗔的體性是空性，當嗔恨熾盛而變成地獄之後，在那一刻，此嗔恨已不能再生成任何其他東西，所以也不會再生成其他東西。嗔的對境是空的，因些從嗔的對境也無法生出任何東西。嗔沒有它個別的體性，所以既無形狀也無顏色，既無實體也無實質，因此無須排斥它，它便自行消融。嗔生起時不會造成傷害，嗔不生起也沒有利益。嗔因此自然消融於法性的廣袤之中。

　　貪、痴、慢、疑（嫉妒）也一樣，它們空無位置，因此沒有出處。其次，它們沒有地方，既無所依也無實體。最後，它們空於本質，既無顏色也無形狀。五毒情緒在原地消融，不留下任何痕跡。本始覺性便清醒萌露，念頭解脫為法性，二無對立之繩被斬斷。

　　了悟這個之後，當你在修持時，不論哪一種五毒情緒生上進心時，都將萌現為法性，而無須拒絕。本覺是不需要被制造的。

　　這是讓五毒自然解脫的指導。當你依照這個原則修持，你將無可避免地獲得證悟。

　　盡管如此，像你這樣的女子，都以五毒情緒來點燃自己的心。她們沉浸在不善的習氣之中，並沉溺於欲望之中。她們對男子的渴求有如二元對立的狂風。這樣的女子既髒又臭，她們連對堆積著的灰塵都執著不放。不思惟佛法，只想著自己，冷酷無情且不易感化。五毒有著放肆囂張的危險，因此你應當要做實修。”

　　卓地的瑪婷瑪女接著向蓮師問道：“大師，請您垂聽。請為像我這樣有著諸多俗務也分心事物的女子，賜予無須舍棄工作活動而能覺醒開悟的教言。”

　　上師以這些話語指導她：“卓地的瑪婷女，諦聽。法性以無數的方式示現，因此萬事萬物都是覺醒的境界。若要受用而不貪戀任何五根的享樂，就有如受用一盤食物一般。無執著是佛行的方式。

　　由於本自即有的覺性是從自身開展，每一個憶念都是覺性。不論心中出現什麼，不要追隨，讓它由出現的地方被清除——這個本身就是覺醒的境界，有如泡沫從水中而生，又融入水中。

　　輪回中的流轉是無常的，沒有任何實質同。不論你如何歷經這生、老、病、死的無盡輪回，有如魔術幻現一般，這些都沒有任何部分具有實質，因為它們全都是由你的心所生。了解它們是幻相，雖然可以體驗，但卻非為真實。

　　相信有我，這是一種迷妄，因此不要相信我或自我有任何實質。房舍和土地、丈夫和子女、錢財和家當，都有如夢中的對境，既不真實且為如幻。因此，要把這些當成幻想。

　　所有世俗活動的本性都是痛苦的。有如蠶從唾液吐出的線一般，它們從蠶（你）吐出，然後又把蠶（你）卷捆起來。不論你做什麼，應以無念作為封印，然後將累積福德的行為作回向。如果你能如此修持，你所做的每一個行為都會變成帶領你證得佛果的法。

　　盡管如此，像你這樣單純的女子，沒有什麼毅力。你們有著有形的敵人，無法修持佛法，反而被婚嫁。你的惡業讓你們有無數的工作要去做，所以你們從不思惟佛法。只有非常少數的女子能在佛法的修持上有所成就，因此，要以堅忍的毅力讓自己鼓氣勇氣。”

　　汝楊的馬提女接著向蓮師問道：“由於我精進心薄弱，請賜予我無為的教言。”

　　上師答道：“汝楊的馬提女，諦聽。法性的自心不是具體的物質，因此沒有可制作生產的東西。由於這法性自性自始即在，它不是彎腰禮敬所得到的果報。法性的自性就在你之中，現前而無遮。一旦你了悟，你的心是沒有什麼任何體性的，這個了悟本身就是覺醒的境界，它不是需要去達成的某件事情。所有的努力與奮鬥，只會將你束縛於渴求之中。放下，不造作，不禪修。

　　盡管如此，像你這種愚蠢無知的女子，不論教你多少，你都無法了解。即使向你指出法身，你還是無法認出它。為你引見覺醒狀態時，你仍然無法看見它。即使教導你了，你也難以了悟無為的一斷。你們大多會曲解這個對女性的開示，所以請你務必穿上更堅固的鎧甲，並小心不要成為婚嫁魔的階下囚。不要生育子女，反之，即使困難不易，仍應一個人獨自修行。”

　　蓮師又為這些女子們做了以下一些開示：“諦聽，你們這些虔誠的年輕女子。你們皈依的對像中，最殊勝的是三寶。因此應該在皈依的法門中努力而為。如此，這一生就是有福的，且可以避免未來投生到下三道中。

　　依止的對像中，最殊勝的是你的上師。因此對上師的恭敬，要有如頂戴在頭上那般高。你的這一生將受到加持，並且上師將在未來生世中在道上引導你。

　　禮拜的對像中，最殊勝的是你的本尊。因此供養薈供和食子，如此可以讓你實現此生的目標，並為未來生世帶來富貴榮華。

　　尊敬的對像中，最殊勝的是你的父母。因此要侍奉並照顧他們，這會在這一生為你帶來立即的利益，並確保他們未來對你的幫助。

　　伴侶中，最殊勝的是你的丈夫。所以應看重他有如看重你的雙目，如此你將擁有賢善的一生，下輩子能出生到有地位的家庭之中。

　　由於女子對於切身事物都擁有大多的決定權，所以對於錢財和食物都要慷慨大方，如此能確保你此生擁有親切厚道的友人，且未來生世將擁有豐盛的食物與財富。

　　子孫後代都是往昔的冤親債主，因為務必讓他們學習佛法，這將有助你的此生，對他們的來世也有助益。”

　　蓮師接著繼續說道：“年輕的女子們，諦聽。明覺心既非男，亦非女。本自即有的覺性、此法性，既不高慢，也不卑微。本自即有的法意，既不高，也不低。一界（唯一明點）的自性超越增、減。佛意超越維度。事物與其自性並非二元對立。

　　一旦你了悟自己的心即是佛，便不需要再往他處尋找佛。了悟自心自性，並於此修練。尊敬你的上師與諸珍寶上師，並盡力以符合佛法的方式生活。那麼雖然生為女子，你卻是明智而莊嚴的。”

　　七名女子證得了悟，並對上師話語感到欣喜。她們頂禮蓮師，繞行上師，並獻上豐盛的薈供。卡千公主措嘉佛母由於顧念後世眾生，便將蓮師當時在晶珠松嶺的話語記錄了下來。

　　瑪爾貢的珍寶頂飾女向上師問道：“請為像我這樣具有惡業的女子，賜予未來不再投生為女子的教言。”

　　上師答道：“瑪爾貢女，諦聽。本自即有的了知，此覺醒心，不是在過去、現在或未來所形成的。此外，它既非男，也非女，亦非中性，且功德上並無差別。它是本自即有、本自生起的本然現前，是無生的法性，離於死亡、遷轉，以及毀滅，法性之中沒有變異的恐懼。

　　因為這個心所顯露的念頭是覺性，因此無須努力或修練。念頭在其中生起，又消融返回其中，有如空中的雲一般。

　　法身就在你之中。由於它從未被形成，輪回從一開始就是清淨的，它不會投胎轉世而有肉身。法性的游戲是慧觀的自性，一旦你了解這一點，身為女子就不再是低下的。若是無法認識法性的自性，即使出生為具有威權的國王，也無法停止輪回之流。

　　無論如何，除非你了悟無生法性，否則沒有任何事能幫得了你，這就有如不孕的女子無法生出孩子一般。然而，一旦你了悟無生法性，你就不需要再受生。

　　盡管如此，像你這樣的女子，聰慧不足以修持佛法。你既缺少堅忍的鎧甲，也沒有能力修持；你的智力薄弱，難以向你示現法性的自性；你的膽小軟弱使你無法了悟它，極少有女性能在佛法的修持上有所成就。因此，你應該全心全力的付出，用心修持。”

　　欽地的閃光女接著向蓮師問道：“請為像我這樣的愚蠢女子，賜予能以單一說辭就覺醒證悟的指導。”

　　上師答道：“欽地女，諦聽。從一開始，你的心就一直是在從未生起而本自即有的本然現前，且初始就在你的相續之中，它不是需要透過努力去重新達成的事情。由於自心自性不是實體的事物，修練它意味著什麼都不修練。它不是要修練的對境，也沒有要修練它的人。

　　既然你的思惟即是本始覺性，便不要將昏沉與掉舉視為缺點。由於念頭沒有體性，它們自然消融之後，法性的本然現前狀態就趨前而來。昏沉由這個自性中生起，又消融回自性之中，因而淨除了。掉舉也在從這自性中生起時，淨除而返入基空。

　　由於果不是一件可達成的事，所以只要了悟你自己的心，便已足夠。由於心既不會死亡亦不會遷轉，所以它是法身一界，一旦你了解這個意義“斷”的了悟，其本身就是佛的覺醒境界。

　　盡管如此，像你這樣善變與疑心重重的女子，以你死板僵化且根深蒂固的情緒，並無法遵循上師的指示。你們當中只有少數人能到達佛法修持的終點。但是如果你確實有做修持，便要將上師的指示視為寶藏，並且至少要願意面對少許的磨練。”

He is a very poetic, charismatic, and dramatic conductor who likes long lines of melody with immense legatos and dynamics . As Young and vibrant is he, I believe he will become one of the major conductors of the world orchestras in the near future!

The Symphony went through various incarnations before reaching the four movement version performed today. In November 1889, Mahler premiered a "Symphonic Poem in Two Parts" in Budapest, where he served at the time as director of the Royal Hungarian Opera. This five -movement composition was greeted with bewilderment and hostility. Mahler set about revising the work, now calling it "Titan, A Tone Poem in Form of a Symphony"  ( The title probably alludes to a once-famous novel by Jean Paul Richter.) 

Then Program for Mahler's concert on October on October 27, 1893, in Hamburg announced the following: 

Part 1. From the Days of Youth:   Flower, Fruit, and Thorn- pieces 

1. " Spring without End"  Introduction and Allegro comodo. The Introduction presents the awakening of nature form a long winter's sleep !

我們相信我身體的永恆存在與執著，
我們相信我的心被身體所左右，

 What can you say about Hubert de Bouard and Angelus? Each year they seem to turn out one great wine after another, and the 2000 showed its merit in two different tastings. A wine of great intensity, bluish/black, with a big, sweet kiss of graphite, crushed rocks, blueberry, spring floral garden and blackberry liqueur, unctuously textured as well as pure, dense, and stunningly rich, this full-bodied wine can be drunk now or cellared for another 25-30 years.  (6/ 2010)

Deep, dark, blackish color. Reserved in the nose. A huge wine on the palate. Tons of sweet fruit on the mid palate. Chocolate and orange nuances. Very tannic at the end. Could turn out great? A powerhouse of a wine that will need a long time in the cellar.

每一段歷史，都有它的情緒

歷史只是一張薄薄的紙，你誤以為它堅硬如石，其實一踏就破；所謂「文明」，也只是一個細緻的陶瓷罐，一摔即碎。

現在我們得愈來愈「感念」那些曾經占領立法院的年輕人，如何以「騷動」昭告醉夢中的成年人，我們活在一個多麼「不確定」(非小確幸)的年代。於是人們開始願意打開眼睛看看「島嶼」以外的世界，巴西、泰國、烏克蘭、土耳其…「啊!越南。」

越南的暴動以簡易決絕的方式，讓台商驚覺不斷追求廉價勞動力的製造業之路，如今多麼難以持續。經濟大衰退後，曾經如印鈔機般的大陸台灣鞋廠、紡織廠、塑化廠…毛利率只剩4%；二十年好光景終於結束。2010年初大陸大幅提高基本工資，台廠被迫全面遷徙越南甚至孟加拉等地。

我們對越南那個看似體骼嬌小的民族了解太少。越南歷史上最著名的國家英雄，大半為「抗中」英雄。越南二千年的歷史，皆是對抗「外來者」血跡斑斑的歷史。越南民族主義者流行的諺語是:「如果我們失敗了，我們會把希望托付給下一代」。越南史上最著名的抗中英雄是一對姐妹花，徵氏姊妹，又稱二徵夫人；她們的故事如今仍廣為人知；儘管那已是二千年前的傳奇。西元40年東漢光武帝派至越南的交阯太守蘇定對當地民眾橫徵暴斂，並濫殺菁英，二徵夫人舉兵，攻下65座城池，一度被推為「徵王」，統治範圍包括今日越南中北部至廣西欽州。隔兩年東漢光武帝率兵二萬八千及二千艘車船，仗打兩年，二徵夫人戰敗至死。

1964年7月中國為恢復中越關係，周恩來至河內訪問，還特別至二徵夫人陵墓獻花。在越南人的傳說中，二徵夫人是翱翔於高山上的雄鷹 ，「仙龍」的後代，她們不只是越南婦女的最大光榮，也是越南長達一千年反抗中國統治的象徵；越南當地的史書上尊稱兩位奇女子為「徵聖王」。各地皆有大量紀念二徵的祠堂、廟宇以及以她們為名的街道；每年陰曆二月六號(傳說中的二徵殉難日)為國定節日，她們的形象被描繪成騎在大象背上作戰的統帥，印於官方郵票上。

當台商或者鼓勵南進的政治人物經濟學者，決定將工廠遷至越南時，他們對越南的理解是脫離歷史脈絡的，即使存在也只有法國自17世紀起的殖民史，或者1960年代殘酷的越戰。其實越南是一個憤怒的國家，每一段歷史皆為血淚。越南國父胡志明曾經向法國人警告:「我們可以用十條人命來抵你一個；即便如此，你們最後還是輸定了…我們切記風雪傲松柏的道理；在風雪中，松柏永遠更挺拔更蒼勁。」

2010年我曾訪問越南，深入北越共軍出沒森林地，親眼目睹遭美國火焰彈投擲的土地，那不只是對人的殘忍，三十年未曾消退的化學物質殘留其間，有些寸草未生…。越南是世界上平均年齡最年輕的國度之一，約25歲上下；看在投資者眼中它代表「豐沛」的勞動力；看在歷史學家的眼中，那代表「老一輩的人幾乎被殺光」。一名清秀的越南女子，正在山中幹活，她看著我，嘴角抿著一絲微笑；但不知為何，我在她清澈的眼神中，看到一縷淡淡的「恨」。她是一名寡婦，丈夫死於越戰，兒子被活活炸死，死時不到五歲。

對越南歷史及民族性的薄弱理解，使人們將此次越南排華只鎖定於南海石油開發爭奪戰，甚至扯上「貧富差距」。越南人均1896美元，非常貧窮，2013年通膨6.6%，貧富基尼係數尚可35.6(比中印巴西等皆低)；此波經濟最糟時刻為2008年，當時通膨高達28.24%；經濟成長率自2008年(8.4%)、2009年(6%)…逐漸趨緩，去年2013年仍維持5.4%，目前通膨4.45%；經濟或仇富皆非主因。如果不從歷史思索，我們不會理解這個看似「寧靜國度」，每一個家庭、每一個越南人的血液裡，都流著「抵抗外人」的基因。

只要那個歷史缺口出現，仇恨隨時湧出。

離開越南撤資?整個東南亞的歷史本來就是一段殖民史，血淚斑斑；而且政權更不穩定；尤其印尼等排華更非千年往事，而是進代活生生的現事。

只能說，那個離開台灣後，台廠追逐廉價勞動力繁榮的年代，在中國大陸飛黃騰達的故事，已是最後一哩路了。
