當我爬上陽明山的屋頂上，
才發現在清澈的夜空下燈火闌珊，
颱風過後的未眠之夜⋯⋯😍

Taipei sleeps so early
As if I cannot hear a murmur on the street ...
When I walk on The Top of Yangming Mountain ,
There is still scattered sleepless lights amidst the clear sky ,
After a voracious hurricane yesternight...

CAVACafe ~~ at Xin Yi Breeze Center 

Listening to Kindle Audible has become my favorite during coffee breaks! I love this cafe very much , where delicious light meal, chocolate, sweets and various coffee were served and the waitresses were very sweet and helpful !! 

The best thing about the Kindle is,  it would turn the pages automatically while I glance at the text from time to time !!

最近喜歡不用完全看書，而是用Kindle 聽人說故事，偶爾目光略過頁面，Kindle Audible 也會自動翻頁，比用看的軽鬆愉快吔～

中學時侯時常去的「紫藤廬」，花園，水池，地板，隔間，景物外表依舊，茶品甚至點心依然，卻不知経歷了多少花開花落的寒暑，人事更是一再的替換。過去政客愛去聊國家大事，今日也許有些成為真實故事有些成為彩虹雲煙。。。人生有如一場場的夢，無法控制的夢境，只能去経歷，去享受，去接受挑戰，去築夢，去與週遭的世界連結。。。人生也很快會結束～～

😍我覺得「快樂」是種自然的滿足，不須理由，是內在的自在！

As the entire phenomenon surrounding me is created by my stream of consciousness, thus, my mind, it seems chaotic, sporadic, mysterious, with a touch of fragrance of chocolate and coffee , simmering under the dimming yet illuminating light, I wish they are candles, scented gigantic candles with several cores kindled at once, with flickering flames if I exhale airs , if the wind dances by, alike the night lightning flies accompanied my peace , not loneliness, tranquility it is as I sip the latte from a warmed mug, falling into semi romantic indulgence  ...

The most relaxing sofa in Taipei ~~

 Post the mid autumn, suddenly I felt a bit chilly but somehow loving the breeze so much that I smiled…

Perhaps, I have the affinity to this pink sofa where , as I recalled,  the same outfit I wore playing with the mini i pad so amusedly a year ago ….

Time does not soar as people say in my perception,  on the contrary, I do realize the frozen period of calmness and tranquility that appeared in my mind … in the meditation stage.  Why do you wish to stay in sadness or agony instead of feeling grateful and appreciated? 

As I noticed in the photo,  the Louis Vitton Bag displayed as orange color, and it was originally bright yellow though; however, the tone color of  warmness comforted my afternoon ~~~

This cool and fashionable outfit does go beyond my usual style of appearance ; however, does it manifest that my state of mind has been transgressed ?

Well ~ The only difference is that I do percieve all the phenomenon with vast possibilities and openness  post to my retreat session, which has slowly transformed my mind into a more receptive,  observant and fortuanately a compassionate one … :)

To be a meditator, a practitioner does not have to dress like Goddess everyday, or a princess…I suppose…

In Taipei, my favorite dessert cafe is Salon de the de Joel Roubuchon in Balla Vita , where feels exotic, luxurious, higher end and with excellent service.  Nevertheless, this one has its own creative, fun and delicious dessert and garden atmosphere; it is a more relaxed place, yet has less trained services...:) :)  I hope they will work more on this area ...

 I will try more of their food next time ~~

Make sure to make reservation first , or you will not be able to have a seat !
