What is the cause ?
Physical pain ? Or Emotional afflictions ?
What kind of emotion ?
Is it sadness ? Desire ? Anger ? Excitement ? Jealousy ? Regret ? Guilt? Pride ? Doubt ? Fear ? No feeling is an emotion .
Identify your emotion .
Don't deny . Don't suppress . Don't judge . Don't enhance .
Merely Be aware , identify , focus .
Accept the existence of this emotion .
Do not acknowledge ， only be the third person and watch !
You are not the emotion itself .
You are separated from each other .
Don't try to control the emotion !!
Don't analyze .
Don't conceptualize .
Don't think .
Be at the presence ⋯
Trust !!!!
Trust the existence of your emotion is the manifestation of the nature of mind .
Trust your inner nature , the primordial wisdom , the pure power of compassion !
Trust your Guru !!
Trust and focus on awareness !!
You are gone but trust the empty nature . Sometimes as broad as the sky , and space ; sometimes be as small as a muster seed ！
Be faithful and devoted , for the benefit of self and others !

Chernobyl and Nuclear Power Plant or not ?!

和沙壇城相仿，美麗的「車諾比」的命運，也是如此！

一切的美麗都可能隨時消失。。。

從來沒有讀一本書情緖起伏如此大的⋯, 先是好奇，関愛，憐憫，驚訝，駭怕，傷心，不解，到我必須閤上書本，完全觀空⋯⋯⋯，

事實上，
在車諾比，「戰爭」「內鬥」比幅射還可怕；
在車諾比，「無知的堅持」，不是核電科技的問題，是倒置災難最大的禍首；
在車諾比，「無常」是每一秒鐘的見證，即使愛情的貞熾，都逃不過死神的召喚；
在車諾比，環境有如「地獄」的危險與苦難，你偶爾會看到一絲溫暖，也會看到人類的最粗暴貪婪與權力統治的一面；
在車諾比，有的人在那裡找到自由，找到與自然對話的寧靜；有的人自吸收了大量幅射後，寜願一槍被斃命，卻只有忍受未能預料如何死亡的恐𢣷...

當年繁華的都市，如今的車諾比，卻是動物植物的天堂，為什麼呢？我想牠們適應幅射的能力，遠遠超過適應人類文明的能力⋯!

這是個詭異的童話寓言故事⋯⋯
像安徒生童話，野狼吃掉婆婆，後來還可以活著走出來⋯⋯⋯! 到底「核能發電」，是個偉大有效率又環保的發明，它的意外幾乎是千萬分之一，只是不幸的，天災如日本福島，人為如車諾比，將帶來極大的傷害。

如今全地球，427 座核電廠，台灣只有百分之十六點五，法國有百分之七十八，美國有百分之二十，全世界有百分之十，是運用核能發電。中國大陸，印度，南韓及俄國，都正在積極建造核能發電場，同時，義大利，瑞士，瑞典，以朝向非核能發電發展，德國則希望在2030 年時能夠放棄核能。

我們人類何時才能發現如此一樣最有效能的又完全沒有意外可能的保護方式？或是同等級代替能源呢？太陽能還在昂貴的研究階段，。。。。。

世界上雖已有需多能源發電的發法，例如煤炭，石油，天然氣，水利，太陽能，風力發電法。但是相較之下，核能最是環保，效能最大，卻有著發生意外的風險，如今人類幾乎完全沒有處理核災的能力，所以，這是反核人世的擔憂！但是在公視的  " 動物天堂"  的報導，卻發現，動植物在撤諾比發生后的三十年的今天，卻是蓬勃發展著，因為生物是有能力適應環境的，基因是會隨外來環境而產生突變而來適應。一直以來，人類才是地球的最大破壞者，但是，人又是必須生存必須高度科技發展以求快速便捷文明進步，這種取捨只是選擇問題。科學家也發現，人們在生活當中，接觸微量的輻射是像打預防針一樣，是好的。

這些研究對人類的發展都是極正面，

而不是一味反對核能～
值得深思～～～🌞🌞😎😎🌹🌹

一生中所面临的俗事，就像永无止境的海浪，一波接著一波而来，但我们到最后还是两手空空，什么也留不住，我们的脑中走过无数的念头，一个念头生出许许多多的念头，但所有的念头都只会增加内心的骚动与不平。假如仔细反省日常行为所依据的基本价值观念，并试著找出它们从何而来，我们就会发现，这一切都源自我们未能对事物做正确的检验。

我们的所作所为，通常是根据「每一件事都是真实、具有实体」的假设而来。但是，当我们看仔细一点就会发现，现象世界就像一道彩虹，色彩鲜艳多姿，却没有任何实体存在。当天空上挂著一道彩虹，映入眼廉的是许多美丽的色彩，但彩虹不能当衣服来穿，不能当饰物来戴。没有什么是我们可以拥有的；所有的事物只不过是透过各种因缘的结合，呈现在我们面前。心中升起的念头也是如此。念头根本没有所谓实体的真实，或本质的存在。所以，念头根本没有理由拥有强过我们的力量，我们也没有理由沦为念头的奴隶。轮回与涅槃皆由心造。即使如此，心也没有什么了不起的，它只不过是一堆念头罢了。

一旦我们认清念头是虚空的，心也就失去了蒙骗我们的力量。但是，只要我们把虚假的念头当做是真的，念头就会向过去生生世世一般，继续折磨我们，该我们深受痛苦。为了达到控制「心」的目的，我们必须觉知该做什么，以及该避免什么；我们也必须保持警觉，时时检视身、口、意三方面的行为。为了破除心的执著，了解所有的现象皆如海市蜃楼中的绿洲一般空无虚有，美丽的外相无益於心，丑陋的外相也无害於心。斩断希望与恐惧、喜爱与憎恶的连结，安住於平等舍之中，了解所有的现象只不过是自心的投影。一旦你知道什么是绝对的真理，你将认清眼前所有的相对现象只不过是一个幻影，一场梦，并且不再执著於它，认清实相即是空，就等於破除了思想的限制。

同樣在自傳裡，白遼士說他知道，就算是莎士比亞或巴爾札克，大概都不能夠描寫他這樣的情感。

但他知道有一個人懂他，就是英國的湯馬斯摩爾(Thomas Moore)。

白遼士是這樣引用摩爾的詩句：

Moschino takes the high fashion into a playful yet meaningful and original contemporary art that you can possibly imagine !! 


Of course, the traffic theme is so ingenius that no one ever dare to use stop signs, traffic lights onto the courtier clothing , only Moschino !

Egypt 1 ~~ The miracle of Abu Simbel

Abu Simbel 

The twin temples of Abu Simbel were carved out of the mountainside during the reign of Pharaoh Ramesses The Great in the 13th century BC, as a lasting monument to himself and his queen Nefertari. The complex was relocated in its entirety in the 1960s to avoid their being submerged during the creation of Lake Nasser, the massive artificial water reservoir formed after the building of a dam on the Nile. Abu Simbel remains a top Egypt tour destination.

Only on 2/22 , 10/22  The sunrise will shine in the door of this magnificent temple ! One is Pharaoh's birthday, the other one is his coronation day . However, due to the miscalculation of the modern architects, when they relocated this entire temple, the sunshinning dates had been moved one day earlier ever since. 

Cruising the Nile is a popular way of visiting upper Egypt. The Nile River has been Egypt’s lifeline since ancient times and there is no better way to trace the passage of Egypt’s history than to follow the course of the Nile. Almost all Egyptian cruise ships travel the Luxor-Aswan route which is safe, scenic and terminates at two of Egypt’s most important towns. Taking a Felucca down the Nile is an adventurous option. Feluccas are sail boats that have been used on the Nile since antiquity. A Felucca is not quite as comfortable as a luxury cruise ship but nothing can beat sailing in a quiet rig that was designed thousands of years ago.

Can we save the world ? Alder has a solution !

❤️午后，沈浸在阿德勅的廣大意識中，清淨的如沐春風～🎀 As the philosophy of Alfred Alder's individual psychology rekindled our comtemplation of how we percieve the universe, the worries and agendas of our mundane thoughts have bit by bit melted and exausted in this special space of creativity and art . Taipeiing ! 

Thank to the oppulence and technology in the 21 century! At this very moment, a lot of us are at the stage of self actualization already, while we have fulfilled our phisical needs , belong to a lovely home or community, and  pocess a high self esteem ! 

However, if those needs were not satisfied, we can still climb this hierarchy ladder by living on more ultruistic philosophy, because we human beings are interdepenent living creatures that every action we take will affect our future lives. We need to have separate perception of the others and myself, in order to be very objective on making any desicions! Although as Alder describes all the obsticles and afflictions we have are all originated from Human Relations, try to view yourself  as the witness while you are in the relations, which is the best method to  resolve this prboblem ! 

Alder thinks that at each moment , if we can have the couarge to take responsibilities to make  desicions to  act, we can always transpire beyond the shadows and damages imprinted from the past ! All the angers, sadness, desires, jealousy, arrogance, are all emotions that we express, but they are not who we are. We connect with the universe , not with external superficial expressions, but through the innate essence love we pocess ! 

🏰Let's create meaning to our lives in benefiting others to build a harmonious community !! Let's Cherish every encountering at each moment with our love ones, friends and others ! 😘
