Meditation of the day ~
Focus on the awareness .
Be aware of your emotions .
Is it disturbed ?
What is the cause ?
Physical pain ? Or Emotional afflictions ?
What kind of emotion ?
Is it sadness ? Desire ? Anger ? Excitement ? Jealousy ? Regret ? Guilt? Pride ? Doubt ? Fear ? No feeling is an emotion .
Identify your emotion .
Don't deny . Don't suppress . Don't judge . Don't enhance .
Merely Be aware , identify , focus .
Accept the existence of this emotion .
Do not acknowledge , only be the third person and watch !
You are not the emotion itself .
You are separated from each other .
Don't try to control the emotion !!
Don't analyze .
Don't conceptualize .
Don't think .
Be at the presence ⋯
Trust !!!!
Trust the existence of your emotion is the manifestation of the nature of mind .
Trust your inner nature , the primordial wisdom , the pure power of compassion !
Trust your Guru !!
Trust and focus on awareness !!
You are gone but trust the empty nature . Sometimes as broad as the sky , and space ; sometimes be as small as a muster seed !
Be faithful and devoted , for the benefit of self and others !
