Key Points:
1. Intermitten Fasting is good for you , for it will not lower your basal matabolic rate !!!
2. Carbonhadrates are evil ! Sugar is detrimental ! Sugar is fatenning !!!!!
3. Colorie Reduce is not going to work, as your basal motabolicrate decrese in time.
4. Try Finish Dinner before 20:00 , do not eat breakfast until 11:00 . The longer the gap between meeals the better; let your insulin level drop !!
5. Insulin resistance is the key to weight gain!! So keep it as low as your can!
6. Do not snack at all between meals, because if you do snacking, your insulin level will increase and you are more likely to feel hunger deprived, and then you eat more, and gain more weight !!
7. Do a 24 hours fasting or 36 hours fasting each week for cleansing and weight control.
If you desire weight loss, 3 times intermittent fasting a week is recommended !!
8. Glucose Index is no longer suitable for evaluating the benefit of a certain subject.
As a result, whole Milk, artificial Sweetener, sweet fruit, refined sugar , sweets, are NONONO! White Bread, white rice are Carbs which will also raise the insulin level, so take those in minimal amount and try not have those for dinner !!
9. Wine is very very very Fattening ! Drinking moderate amount of Red Wine is okay !!!
