How to sleep well ....

Before going to sleep , forgive each encounters of the day . Close your eyes, purify your mind , and let the past passing.  No matter what happened today , how miserable or horrifying , you should not be sadden . Since the life is so short that there is no need of regretting and aggrevating , you should live your life with gratitude and contentment .
