50 Shades of Gray, the Beautiful Mask~~

"Fifty Shades of Grey", by EL James

It is an erotic romance novel, not a classic literature.
Best seller for weeks on New York Time!

Regardless author's repetitive and clumsiness of writing skills, EL James actually possesses  an unfathomable power to catch and sustain reader's attention in either sex scene and the psychological change between these two main protagonist, Christian Gray and Anastasia Steele.
Two carefully chosen last name, Gray as mysterious, Steel as stern.

Mr. Christian Gray, a young successful, beautiful handsome man, demands to control, because he cannot tolerate any unexpected situation, and people that may occur in his life.

Fortunately, Gray  is capable enough to manage his success in business, due to his immaculate talent of  knowing people's mind and thought in advance, of forecasting people's needs and his ability of quick decision making and light speed of brain processing.

While the vigorous story processed, he was learning the points of view from the submissive side through Ana, who tried to treat him as a lover, a friend, a person, not merely a deal or a dominator of provider. Having a goal to persuade Ana to concede with his contract, he started to really emotionally care for her instead of only using her as a toy of object, to arouse his pleasure, physically and mentally, being a Dominant, a Sadist.  However, the main motif to care was his curiosity for seeking the reason why he has not been in total control over Ana Steel . It is his ego and eccentricity which stimulate his interests of continuing  his pursue, of which he intensified his attachment over Ana. Such phenomenon of worry and attachment has never incurred in his experience with other women, whom he tried immensely to  distance from.

For Miss Anastasia Steel,  ........
She has a need for both physical and emotional Guidance yet not to be bossing around....

And I really do not understand why she was aroused after spanking and other torture....
Is it because of her sexual desire dominates her other physical sensation, such as pain, and also dominates her over ethical taboo, for instance, feeling of  demean, debase, and humiliation ?
Or can her needs of existence in life be proven through feeling of physical pain ?
