iMovie Watching :
Film " Wilde " (1997 ) featuring Stephen Fry and Jude Law ~ Jude Law 😍 😉

Oscar Wilde
It is absurd to divide people into good and bad. People are either charming or tedious ! -- Oscar Wilde

Christie's Spring Auction Hong Kong 2017

My Favorite ! Pretty in Fantasy and Reality !!!!!!!

Aya Takano's favorite master piece :
Where do we come from ? Who are we ? Where are we going ?
(Do'où venons-nous? Que sommes-nous? Où allons-nous?)(1897-1898)

Aya Takano .

Waves ; the most artistic phenomenon !

Courbet

The waves broke and spread their waters swiftly over the shore. One after another they massed themselves and fell; the spray tossed itself back with the energy of their fall. The waves were steeped deep-blue save for a pattern of diamond-pointed light on their backs which rippled as the backs of great horses ripple with muscles as they move. The waves fell; withdrew and fell again, like the thud of a great beast stamping.”
― Virginia WoolfThe Waves

The Wave (1870)

Many early Modernists were influenced by Japanese prints and it is argued that Courbet is one of the first to be affected by this Eastern aesthetic. Likely, taking a cue from the prints, he shows us a slice of water closed off from the view of vast space. The painting epitomizes Courbet's landscapes and seascapes that were always composed of broken patches of paint loaded in both the dark and light areas. Such painterly treatment was inspiration to the budding Impressionists.

Can you identify yourself in these Films ??

Do you know who you really are ?

Do you pretend to be someone else? Do you constantly live in lies?
Do you live in fantasies that you neglect the truth ?
Do you deceive yourself by living in double lives?
Do you have multiple personalities?
Do you have split personalities that converse to each other?
Do you prefer to be someone else ?
Do you fabricate a role that you desire to play but never exists?

The above questions conjured up in my mind after viewing several identity searching or identity confusing films , including " The Spilt" , " Hema Hema " , " Nobody from Nowhere ", " Lion ", and " The Enemy".

I do believe that in the mind of one person resided  many different characters , due to many different roles he or she would need to play in this complicated society !!
If the condition becomes sever, one needs to intentionally divide oneself into several roles in order to protect oneself from harming by others from the society.

However, which one is the true you?? The answer does not depend upon your profession, your career, your achievement, your role , your hobbies, your favors, but the true you is defined by the attribute you establish, formulate and develop to advance the universe. No matter how Vicious , malicious, voluptuous,  and Contempt we are tempting to be, there is always a goodness in us. I believe the one that is the most courageous, the most compassionate, the most broad visionary, the most versatile, the most wise and above all, the most generous and forgiving is the true version of my existence as a human and spiritual being! All the spit characters and personalities and emotions are all tentative expressions of reactions and therefore they are all  illusions as I may describe.

Listen to your heart , be aware to your emotions, and most importantly , be aware to listen to the true voice and by doing so, the identity confusion in humans
will not be an issue any more !!! ----- Angelina Lee

Jean Leon Gerome ---
The Yong Greek at a Cock Fight  1846

In the "Neo-Grec" style, characterised by a taste for meticulous finish, pale colours and smooth brushwork, Gérôme portrays a couple of near-naked adolescents at the foot of a fountain. Their youthfulness contrasts with the battered profile of the Sphinx in the background. The same opposition is found between the luxuriant vegetation and the dead branches on the ground, and in the fight between the two roosters, one of which is doomed to die.
