War and Peace

War comes in different forms,
military war, trade war, technology war, gender war, social class war, love affair war ....!

As people strive to obtain an ultimate equality of everything , the war will never end , since no one is born equal, in terms of gender , race , heights. weight, appearance , cognitive ability, physical capacity, social wealth ...... !

As long as people attempt to uphold their own welfare, and advance their well-beings , by exploiting others ,other community and other countries ,
War will never end , and suffering will be inevitable !!

If World peace can be obtained , lion 🦁 will eat grass and plant for survival , and eternity prevailed !!

If you want to eliminate suffering, you must generate awareness !

Be aware of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, so that they do not obstruct a true path of developing goals of wellbeing toward mankind, while human realm maybe one step above animal realm, we are no difference in vivaciously and violently competing and slaughtering each other , I am contemplating , what do we differ from animals ? ...

We can think , we can dream , we love , romantic love , family love, community love , country love, humanity love , love for all beings ...? But animals have limited ability to love .... ?

Should we be hoping or sadden .. I wonder ....❤️

How to save yourself from a suffering relationship ??

In our lives, especially in close relationships, we sometimes encounter emotional difficulties of feeling unnecessary guilty, irresponsible or ashamed, accused by the other party, if their demands are not to be complied. When this situation occurs, the person who made the demands and the threats was exercising "Emotional Blackmail", which term was first introduced by Dr. Suan Forward in 1998.    

The blackmailer always plays the role of an initiative "manipulator" in the relationship, who would threaten to end the relationship, to sabotage the wealth or reputation of the other person, to self-suffer, to tantalize future promises! In Dr. Forward's book, she teaches us how to resolve the suffering from trapping ourselves into this dark abyss, while explores many case studies and real circumstances. I personally highly recommend reading this original book by Dr. Forward, since there are several similar books published afterward.

1 Recognizing the blackmailer
2 Clear the FOG
3 Recognizing self-worth and goal.  Make a contract with yourself!
4 Communication Strategies

A Rising Star is Born ~~ Daniil Trifonov

❤️今夜在「皇帝鋼琴協奏曲」及柴可夫斯基第五號的楽聲中醒來 !!
👏👏👏😍😍😍好像只有在音樂會時才能全神專注～～～～！

❤️Daniil Trifonov, 28, Russian concert pianist, a Tchaikovsky and Chopin Prize Winner , performed a stunning and fierce yet romantic and gentle Beethoven 5th piano concerto “Emperor” , with the Cleveland Orchestra conducted by Franz Welsermost !!

Nobody actually performed this fast tempo as I recall on the 1st and 3rd movement ! As stunning as he expressed, I wish there were more subtle details of accented rhythm , crescendo, and brilliance among the fast stream of notes ! On the contrary , Danial Trifonov took an unusually slow tempo on the 2nd movement, celestially imaginative, almost too sweet and pure ; however, this contrast had made his performances in a way dynamic but different from other performers .

Nevertheless, I like his performance very much especially the Encore piece, Beethoven Sonata op31#3 , Bravo !! 👏👏👏

The Cleveland orchestra , after its flamboyant Tchaikovsky, especially the impeccable string section , indulged the audience with two Chinese influenced piece , one by J Strauss , and the other by Xiaong Ang Yi . 😍😍

The film of Egon Schiele !!

Egon Schiele (German: [ˈʃiːlə] (listen); 12 June 1890 – 31 October 1918) was an Austrian painter. A protégé of Gustav Klimt, Schiele was a major figurative painter of the early 20th century. His work is noted for its intensity and its raw sexuality, and the many self-portraits the artist produced, including naked self-portraits. The twisted body shapes and the expressive line that characterize Schiele's paintings and drawings mark the artist as an early exponent of Expressionism.

In my opinion, the most striking impression upon Schiele's works is the simple but muscular, , powerful almost husky and violent strokes of lines which depict the utmost expressive emotions of his subjects!! No matter it is self-portrait, or the portraits of his lover, wife or friends, he was certainly exploring the depth of inner souls of human beings, who were experiencing the moment of joy, suffering, perplexing, desiring, loving, or contempt that Schile was revealing all of that on his canvas !!

In this remarkable book, anticipating “the spiritual t

urning-point” Kandinsky reflects on his understanding of progress in this direction. This is not a process that would happen automatically. It requires a lot of work and implies a great responsibility of both artist and viewer. The task of the artist is to find “the principle of the innermost necessity” that he or she can use through expressive means to achieve the goal, “vibration of the human soul.” 

Using captivating analogies, Kandinsky dwells at length on the artistic means: the psychology of color, the compositional interrelation of forms, etc. However, the main goal of an artist still remains to find that very innermost necessity”, that is based on the spiritual foundations of the individual.

In his or her turn, the work of the viewer is to find within him- or herself the purity of perception, which, at this level, does not relate to the beauty of nature. The ideal imitation of nature as the summit point of artistic mastery has remained in the past. The impressions of impressionists, the emotions of expressionists, the experiments of cubists - all these stages have long been passed, and now the task of the viewer is to see the beauty of pure color and pure shape. 

Kandinsky anticipates the emergence of abstract art as the purest form of influence on the human soul, and views the future optimistically, foretelling the upcoming emergences of the epoch of great spirituality.
